The radiation heat exchange drying technology is adopted, with uniform temperature and higher heat exchange efficiency.
It is made of aerospace grade aluminum alloy partition board, with double-sided radiation heating, over 90% emissivity and good temperature uniformity.
The small freeze-drying machine (FD-1 ~ FD-50) adopts the single cold hydrazine water flushing ice melting system, and the hot water can melt the ice quickly 30 minutes after each freeze-drying, which improves the production efficiency.
Industrial embedded touch screen + special sh-hpsc-iii modular controller, the system is stable and reliable with high control precision.
Specially designed fd-manager control system can save multiple sets of process formula, and adjust the process in real time during the drying process to improve the process optimization rate.
